Swing Into Spring - Golf Swing Analysis
Join the golf pro from Juniper Hill in the cafeteria on Wednesday April 25th from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and have your golf swing analyzed. The 10-minute appointment includes video analysis, tips and drills and a mini golf lesson to help you improve your game. The cost is $15 paid by cash or check at your appointment. SPACE IS LIMITED and SIGN UP IS REQUIRED. Contact the fitness center at campusfitness@clubone.com to reserve your spot. Open to members and non-members.
NEW CLASS - Pilates
Effective May 1st we will have a change to our lunch time group fitness schedule. We will continue to offer Step & Sculpt from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm and then will add a Pilates class from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core, add mobility and flexibility to your body. A great way to get ready for summer or strengthen your core for the golf course! The class will cost $60 for a 6-week session and we need at least 6 people to run the class. To sign up we must have your payment by April 26th.
Pilates Demo Class - On April 24th Rochelle will teach Pilates from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in place of Step and Sculpt so you can try the class at no charge.
We will make an announcement as to what the Thursday 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm class will be soon.

Staffed Hours: Monday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday - 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday - 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday - 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Equipment: We offer a wide range of equipment for cardiovascular training, strength training, boxing, sports conditioning and more. Our professionally trained staff has the knowledge to help you make the most of it.
Locker Rooms: Our locker rooms are well stocked with a variety of amenities including but not limited to body gel, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, lotion and more. We offer lockers for use during your workout at no charge. You can rent a locker for $5/month if you would like the convenience of storing your workout gear.
Towel Service: We provide towel service for you which includes bath size and hand size towels.
Fitness Coaching: We offer our members access to our HealthStart program which includes complimentary fitness consultations, personalized exercise programs and fitness testing.
Membership: The membership fee is $30/month with no contracts and it includes group fitness classes, fitness coaching, well-stocked locker rooms, towel service, 7 day x 24 hour access and most important a professionally trained, professional staff that will guide you.
We also offer $10 day passes, weekly and temporary memberships for visitors. Contact us for more information.
